Terms & Conditions

Training recommendations are tailored to the information available and require consistent owner participation. No particular outcome can be guaranteed, as every dog and situation is different.

Health and behaviour

Behavioural support is not veterinary care. Where health or specialist concerns may be relevant, you may be advised to consult your veterinary professional or another qualified specialist.

Session arrangements, fees, travel and cancellation terms will be confirmed before paid work begins.
