Dog Training & Behaviour Support in March
I’m Michelle LeBourn, and I offer one-to-one help for puppy owners and people living with behaviour concerns in March. There’s no need to arrive with a polished explanation of the problem; tell me what you’re seeing and what feels hard. I can support puppy training and help you think through anxiety, reactivity, lead pulling or recall. We’ll work from your dog’s individual needs, with care for what you and your dog are ready to tackle.
Build useful skills with your puppy
Puppies are individuals, and what works well for one may not fit another. I offer personalised sessions where we can talk about the foundations you want, the questions arising at home and how to approach learning in a positive, manageable way. The practical details of your household matter as much as a general training goal.
The initial puppy consultation lasts 90 minutes. Follow-up appointments last one hour and can take place at home or at a location we agree, subject to suitability and availability. We’ll choose a setting that makes sense for your puppy.

Take a closer look at behaviour
If your dog is worried, reactive or finding everyday walks difficult, we can explore what happens and what may be influencing it. I can also help you consider recall and lead pulling, with attention to your dog’s experience rather than only the behaviour you can see.
My approach is reward-based and centred on welfare. We can discuss appropriate ways to support your dog and make training choices without using fear or force. There are no guaranteed outcomes, and I’ll be open about what kind of support is suitable rather than offer a plan before understanding the situation.
Decide where and how to meet
Busy town streets can bring one set of challenges; a riverside path may bring another, if either forms part of your routine. Tell me where your dog seems comfortable and where things change. We can consider those surroundings without automatically choosing the difficult setting for a first practical appointment.
I’m based in Marshland St James near Wisbech. Just let me know your address and I’ll confirm travel and the best way to work together, whether that’s at home, somewhere we agree, or online.
Begin with a free consultation
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to talk through what you’re looking for and answer initial questions. It’s also a chance to check whether an in-person arrangement is suitable and available for your address. If not, online sessions are available where appropriate. We can discuss whether working remotely fits your dog and the concerns you want to address, rather than ask you to make that decision without guidance.
Work together with qualified support
I hold BCCSDip.ProCanBhvPct, am fully insured and canine first aid qualified. My work is recommended by local veterinary practices, the RSPCA West Norfolk and Second Chance Spaniel Rescue. I don’t want to offer a plan before understanding your dog and your circumstances.
We can identify what feels most important, consider your dog’s comfort and talk through practical ways to build the skills or support you need. My guidance is ethical, individual and reward-based, without promising a result or suggesting that every dog learns within a set timetable.
